Swearing-In Ceremony
So on Friday, 16th August, we had our swearing-in ceremony at NYGH. It was quite fun, but honestly I feel that they should have been more organised. I think I embarrassed myself and our school when we had to name our CIs, and I only knew 3/5 of them while the other schools remembered all. So during the games, we were separated into 8 groups, and we have 9 people in our batch, so we were all separated except for Jing Xin and Neha who were lucky. xD For my group, some people were kinda unfriendly, like when I said Hi, she just turned away. But it was okay cause there were others who I did make friends with. Since most of the schools were single gender schools, some of them were kinda awkward and unwilling to grab someone's hand when they were of the opposite gender when we had to play the untangling game. I did feel a little awkward and I'm sure some of us did too, like Grace HAHA. Oh and I said it was a little not organised, cause we were playing Whacko (???) or something and the IC gave up because she didn't know our names. But it wasn't like we knew each others' names too. The games had a lot of interruptions too cause the newspapers weren't enough or something. But other than that it was okay. We took a lot of batch photos on the school field after that thanks to our friend from CSP. Yay! It was a really fun day actually. C:

Our First Batch Outing
Our First Batch Outing: BOWLING AT TOA PAYOH SAFRA:)
Yay! We finally survived the first semester in secondary school! This also means that we have been in NPCC (Sea) as a batch for half a year (if you don't count the first 2 months). :) Good job guys!
On June 2, we went for our FIRST batch outing at Toa Payoh SAFRA, Superbowl. As 4 of us were going for the HCI UGBC, we decided that we used the practice session as a batch outing too.
It was a great experience and we found many potential bowlers in our batch, namely Jing Xin, Caren and Grace! Did you know that Caren topped the batch with a score of 84?
Our epicness!!!
Top picture: Qystina tried rolling the ball and it ended up being stuck right in the middle of the pan. :P Though I have to say, she has very good aim, it is right in the middle!
Bottom picture: SPLIT!!! How both Jing Xin and Syafiqah managed to get exactly the same pins knocked down at the same time is a mystery... We are so epic!

Batch outings are seriously a GREAT way to bond! Maybe the next time we wil write more about our experience but for now, I think that this is enough... :) More importantly, I think that a major problem we have to address is the batch name... Hmm.. should we just stick with snuffles? But for now,we will just say,
See you soon!
